Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy

1. Purpose

Soulingo, LLC (“Soulingo”) is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful online environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and will take immediate action against any content, behavior, or individuals violating our policies.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users of Soulingo's product, "tgthr", also known as "tgthr app". It covers all user-generated content, private and public interactions, and platform functionalities, including messages, images, videos, and external links.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users must not:

Upload, share, or request any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Engage in grooming, coercion, or any behavior that exploits or endangers minors or any person.
Share, solicit, or attempt to distribute explicit images, videos, or text involving minors or any person.
Impersonate or misrepresent themselves to interact with minors or any person for exploitative or any other purposes.
Promote or glorify CSAE in any form.
Use the platform to facilitate child trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

4. Detection, Reporting, and Removal

User Reporting Mechanism:

Users can report suspicious behavior or content using the email address hello@tgthr.io.

Immediate Action and Removal:

Any CSAE-related content is removed promptly.
Accounts engaged in CSAE activities will be permanently banned.
